Jos Dechamps and Johan Galle are two engineers in computer sciences, graduated from the Catholic University of Leuven. They have developed a strong interest in mathematical problems and optimisation techniques. They first worked together in 1993, developing a tool for the cutting of film rolls into sheets and smaller rolls. They became fast friends.

In 1999, Jos was involved in the start of the JDF-standard, an initiative from Heidelberg, Man-Roland, Agfa-Gevaert and Adobe. He was president of the workgroup for the MIS-integration.

In 2002, Jos began with the implementation of his own ideas, leading to the sheet-fed-engine. This was tested with a number of printers in the Benelux.

In 2014, Johan and Jos decided to give the product a profound face-lift and to introduce it to the market. The existing Windows-application was redesigned completely and transformed into an internet-service, with an strong emphasis on security. Indeed, the NSA-scandal made security and privacy a topic for us.

In 2015, ganging became more and more of a pressing problem. From there, the idea arose, to solve this problem, using our joint experiences and knowledge of complex combinatorial problems, and to incorporate this into the sheet-fed-engine.

Meanwhile, the ganging-engine has become a product on its own, and the first SAAS-product (Software As A Service) of its kind that will be introduced on the market.
